On-Line Signup Procedure Available for February 16 Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012, from 3:00 until 5:00 PM and from 5:40 until 7:30 PM. Appointments may be scheduled on Monday, February 13, after 4:00 pm. Parents and guardians should follow the sign-up procedures described in the link On-Line Signup Procedures.

PPA to Host Open Meeting on February 8

All parents and guardians are invited to attend an Open Meeting of the Prep Parents Association on Wednesday, February 8, at 7 p.m. Many Prep administrators will be present to brief you on the latest happenings around Prep, the 144 Grand Gala, Parents Retreats, and other PPA activities. Come and meet other parents and see what’s going on at Prep as we start the new semester.

Sophomore Parents Planning Night set for Wednesday, February 1

Parents of Prep sophomores will gather in O'Keefe Commons on Wednesday, February 1, at 6:30 pm for Sophomore Parents Planning Night, an annual event at Prep. Sophomore Parents Planning Night is intended to give parents a look forward to the final two years of their son's career as high school students.

January 21 Saturday JUG Detention Postponed

Due to the threatening weather forecast for this weekend, the JUG Detention originally scheduled for Saturday, January 21, has been postponed until further notice.

Mid-year exams to be administered January 24 through 26

Mid-year exams will be administered on Tuesday, January 24, Wednesday, January 25, and Thursday, January 26. Friday, January 27, will be reserved as a make-up day should we be forced to cancel one of the scheduled exam days due to snow or other inclement weather.

Prep Prepares to Welcome Parents "Back to School"

"Back-to-School Night" will take place on Tuesday, October 4, for parents of freshman, and on Thursday, October 6, for parents of sophomores, juniors and seniors. Each program begins at 6:30pm in O’Keefe Commons. There will be a brief presentation followed by classroom visits.

Reminder: Updated Physical and Immunization Records Required Annually

Saint Peter's Prep requires an updated immunization record and an annual physical of all students. The physical must be performed by an M.D., D.O. or nurse practitioner between the dates of June 15 and August 31, 2011. The completed forms must be submitted to the school nurse, Ms. Maureen Sheppard, R.N., by September 8, 2011. All fall athletes must submit their physicals to the school athletic trainer Ms. Kyrsten Hayworth by August 1, 2011.
